Cats (2)

There's a nest of mice nearby (and also some small shrews). My cats frequently catch them (mostly at night) - if I can, I catch and release them elsewhere. The ones I don't catch normally get eaten. Luckily they don't often bring them indoors.

I read somewhere that only one in seven hunts succeed - considering that they tend to catch about 4 mice a week, they do a lot of hunting...
