make sure you are using the latest version -
upgrade if you have to.

Note:

This version has a slightly different help system; if you are overwriting an existing version of !LongFiles, then you may have to delete the !Help file from within the existing !LongFiles directory, and then overwrite it. Alternatively, rename !LongFiles as something else (or delete it), and then write on top of it.
