I have not made it available for download - except via source. The Git repository is available from https://gitlab.tribbeck.com/windows/pcbdrill.git.

I use Visual Studio 2017 to compile it.

Dependencies

I have made use of some AForge libraries for the camera view, which are available under the LGPL license. These can be swapped with whatever version you want by changing them in the Dependencies directory inside the PcbDrill directory.
